Index Bath is a total scam I ordered a slim bathroom cabinet and paid for it. After ordering it they tried to send me a bill for more and said that the product wasnt listed correctly due to a glitch After fighting with them, the company finally agreed to ship the product. After waiting quite some time they messaged me that I canceled the order. I did not. This company is horrible I recommend that you stay far away based upon my personal experience

Do not buy anything from this business. They are a fraudulent, unethical Business. Their customer service doesn't work (has been under maintenance) and they won't provide refund for unopened and brand new products. I order two heated towel rods from then for $1000 in May. Our builder advised that these rods cannot be used in our home so I reached out to them to organize return. Do not purchase anything from this rip off company. None of your order will have all of the parts. You probably wont even get half of your order. No one cares. Apparently, their customer service line has been under maintenance for 4 months! They refuse to answer any calls. This company has been reported.
Not a reputable source. Asked for return shipping instructions due to poor quality and aesthetics of product purchased @ $200. Product was not as described on site. Company is refusing to send shipping instructions & instead offering multiple options (one at a time dragging this out). Option 1: store credit & keep product Option 2: 30% refund and keep product. Run, dont buy!!! Worst customer service. I ordered 2 drains and one was missing half its parts. So I tried to call customer service. THEY DONT HAVE A HOTLINE TO REACH THEM. The ask you to email into a black hole. When they answer after 1 week. They make you prove missing parts with a picture?!? I sent them the piece other one had. More days go by. This company is dishonest, misrepresents themselves, and makes it near-impossible to return items.
