Would recommend you think twice before using them. If you are looking for a place that provides their customers good service, don't go here. If you are fine with a dysfunctional operation, then this is your place. I can only speculate that the owner is demanding more profit and fewer costs but whatever the reason, I want no part of it after my bad experiences. One star is too lenient!

Dr. Datta's assistant took my glasses and when I got them back they had a scratch on the lens. I told Dr. Datta and she became very defensive and had a rude tone in her voice. She told me there was nothing done by her assistant that would have scratched the glasses. She did not even take to to look at the glasses to she the scratch. I will not go back and would not recommend her.
Dr. Datta and her staff were very pleasant. Every step taken was explained and insurance coverage was covered so as not to have any hidden charges. She went over my list of medicines and explain how one of them may affect my vision with long-term usage. she was very patient and share vital information with me and answers to my questions.
Although Dr. Datta is a pleasant and thorough OD, her assistant/optician is so lacking in customer service/patient hospitality that our family will NOT be back Too much competition in the field to go to someone and have to deal with being treated as if the optician is doing you a favor by helping you decide whether to but vision wear from their facility.
