Turned us away after waiting months for our appointment and almost an hour drive just to get there. No prior disclosure of her “strict policy” that my child’s toddler-aged sibling couldn’t be present at the appointment, while everywhere else we’ve been through Northwestern it was never a problem. No apology either, they couldn’t care less. Then the front desk staff looked at me and slammed the blinds shut while I was sitting in my car trying to figure out what to do about rescheduling. Amazing experience- Dr. Gill and her staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her practice.
If I could give her 0 stars I would! She completely ignored everything I said and wouldn’t let me tell her my symptoms, just kept ignoring me and would talk over me. I waited months to get in with her and my condition had just gotten worse. She was no help and should get some more training on her bedside manor and patient care. If you want someone who talks over you, does not listen and does not care what you think then you’re in the right place!
Dr. Gill is an excellent dermatologist. I saw her for about 5 years or so when she practiced in Hoffman Estates. She was professional, with a good bed side manner, listened well, efficient, tenacious in problem solving skin issues and on time. I have been unable to find another dermatologist in that same area who is as awesome as her. If Sycamore wasn't so far from my home, I would travel there.
