My experience with Dr.Lal was very good and helpful. The Dr. answered my questions and was pleasant. Kelly tried to draw my blood and made it unbearably painful. I was surprised that your office allows someone as rude and uncaring to practice there.
He listens, is focused, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. Excellent doctor!
My dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and instead of meeting us with compassion and understanding, Dr Lal threw two out - dated packets at us saying these were his best options. We were told to go home and read them. They were scientific articles from over a decade ago. Our questions were answered by broad answers. I am disgusted by the care we were provided. I wouldn't to see this Doctor if my life depended on it. The nurses are truly the shining stars at Amsterdam oncology.
