Joe did an excellent job in servicing my softener, finding a large piece of sand that was obstructing one of the pass through points causing me to have hard water issues again. One little piece of sand gone, I'm good to go.
On time sent text to update arrival. Nice guy and explained work very well. Also remembered details from last visit a year ago. Very pleased with service.
