Joe is always knowledgeable and curious. I always appreciate the service he and Independent Water Service provide.
horrible experience! they were suppose to get me an estimate for a time sensitive job, and never did return my calls. i called and spoke to ronna, and she was extremely rude! said they would call and let us know an estimate at their convenience! will never recommend them to anyone. i've been in customer service over 25years and have never experience bad service like independent water service.
