horrible experience! they were suppose to get me an estimate for a time sensitive job, and never did return my calls. i called and spoke to ronna, and she was extremely rude! said they would call and let us know an estimate at their convenience! will never recommend them to anyone. i've been in customer service over 25years and have never experience bad service like independent water service.
Dwight, Joe, and Bruce are obvious experts in dealing with plumbing and all water issues. We have had the pleasure of working with EcoWater for 45 years!!! We have used EcoWater through our past four homes; since the business opened! All aspects of their work, efficiency, promptness, and communication has been exemplary! Doug Fishback
