2 years ago I had them put in all new windows in my home, initially I was impressed as they did it all in one day Afterward had trouble with whistling when it is windy. The manufacturer said it was an installation issue, IVG attempted several times to fix it and I still have windows that whistle when the wind blows (and in SD the wind always blows), but getting them to return has been impossible. I called two weeks ago and again last week to have them fix a broken hinge issue and they have never come.
