It’s hard to convey with words how incredible the experience is working with this company and their crews. We have used them year after year for standard hurricane prep and also for the large scale complex projects. Starts with Christi - so helpful with scheduling and support. Marti comes to do a walk through, very knowledgeable about tree species, overall health, gives advice on what to trim, what can wait etc. The crews - true artists. This is my third time hiring Independent tree service, and again they did a great job raising the canopy of our grand oak. They are all so friendly, easy to work with, and always do great work!
Staff was very professional and efficient.
Employees were very courteous and polite!
Thought I had a dying oak tree threatening my house. Jordan checked the tree and discovered it was a Tupelo tree(rare in our area) going dormant for the fall/winter season. Recommended no action except enjoy the tree. Could not be happier with Jordan and Independant Tree Service.
