Marcus came by and towed my jeep. He was very professional and courteous. I called and an hour later they were there loading me up. I would gladly recommend these folks anytime.
Would give them a zero if I could. Don’t call if you expect timely service.
When releasing vehicle to be picked up by insurance items was missing from my car
Dealing with this company is like dealing with a child. There was no organization too their system. I was giving the complete run around after two days of them having my car. This is by the way being charged an everyday storage fee. When I spoke with dispatch, they told me I can pick my vehicle up at 6am when one of there employees arrived. I got there a little bit after 6am just to give the employee some time to get settled in and they didn’t attempt to open the door, she just looked at my through the glass window.
