My Dodge 3500 was making some terrible racket so I pulled over and called Independent. The dispatchers were nice and talked to me while I waited by myself. I did have to wait 2 hours but it was a Saturday. Cliff was able to get my truck loaded quickly and dropped it off at my mechanic’s with pictures and filled out the key drop card for me. I recommend them if you have bad luck and end up Needing a tow!
