Holy Hannah, this review is long overdue. Long story short - KIM is a GODDESS! I was going through a traumatic experience and needed to rent a moving truck. Kim was understanding, helpful, capable, professional and guided me through the whole experience while she herself was recovering from one Her positive energy and outlook made me feel I was working with a friend and not a salesperson.
