My daughter needed an emergency repair. Steve got her car in and fixed quickly. He was super helpful and the price was amazing.
I will start here, Steven is an amazing individual. He has old school ethics and cares more about his customers than most these days, and more importantly he puts people in front of profits. His pricing is good and very fair, they go the extra mile, and the works gets done in a timely manner with high quality. I am careful in who and what I recommend. I can tell you that Spokane is lucky to have this shop and the people in it.
I found this shop back in 2023, he was the closest shop to me (from Flathead County MT), that was doing head gaskets on Subarus correctly; Machine work for the heads, MLS gaskets, OEM Timing components. They were semi-difficult to get in contact with, and coordinate the pickup/drop-off, it was about a week turn-a-round, and the price was reasonable. They were able to meet me at an un-godly early hour for a pickup as well, as I was using the train to get back to the area.
If you want to spend time and money on things you didn't ask for, this is your guy. I'm still mad so I'm going to just say that.
Always a wonderful experience everytime we have come here. Stephen is so trustworthy and such a pleasure to work with. We will forever be bringing our Subaru's here. Highly recommend!!!
