I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. After having my tires rotated here, I later found out the lug nuts had been tightened so excessively that they stripped the studs and made removal impossible without repair. This ended up costing me over $200 to fix just to get my snow tires installed. This is not something I should have to pay for after having basic service done. Frustrated that I had to pay to fix work that should have been done correctly the first time.
Steven takes care of 2017 sti. Steven and his partner are very knowledgeable and fair mechanics. I leave his shop with confidence. Thank you
Great service and honest shop! Snuck our car in when they were totally booked, we had planned a road trip and it needed some work, I couldn't wait until after the 4th of July holiday. Stephen was up front and very professional and honest about what needed to be done. He even came in, after they closed, to finish our car so we could leave town as planned. Highly recommend!
