We are located 24 Garema place Canberra City ACT 2601. The ceiling cracked when the rain came that dropped a lot in the shop and a few area at the back. I told the agent who look after our shop. He shown up at the next day after happened. However, he didnt do anything about the ceiling. Luckly rain came again this weekend ( Sat 7th Mar). The rain dropped a lot in the shop. The service provided by Civium is absolutely abysmal. Issues raised at the AGM are not actioned, and the minutes produced each year are consistently inaccurate and incomplete. The Executive Committee is forced to deal with a revolving door of strata managers, resulting in a total lack of handover or continuity regarding long-standing issues. Unfortunately, my experience reflects many of the negative reviews already posted. I found Civium unresponsive and the tendency to shift blame disappointing. When I called about long grass and the risk of snakes, being told to “calm down” was dismissive and not acceptable customer service.
Not even one star. Worst strata management I ever had to deal with.🤦♀️ Feels like the person I'm dealing with is just blank and has no customer service skills. Wishing we could change Strata management and not have these guys.
I know most reviews of Strata Management tend to be negative but on this occasion I would like to praise the responsiveness and care of Civium’s Alyce Wangemann during our complex’s recent flooding event. I have made almost no insurance claims in the past and Alyce has been helpful, patient and kind. Modern living leaves little room for error it seems and so it is good to find services still willing to deploy a “person-centred” approach. Thank you for your support Alyce and Civium Canberra.
