Madison has demonstrated to be a highly incompetent Strata Manager. She is not proactive and does not follow-up on issues. It appears she makes the Building Manager do all the work. She is also inconsistent and the owner's interactions with her has led to frustrations with Civium. Madison could improve if she clearly demonstrates she actually cares in how she addresses issues that are raised by the owners.
This office is very busy, so make sure you contact them early and follow up at least once a week. My tip is to ask for the registration of their Owner's system so you can stay in the loop with some automated notice letters. If possible, attend the AGM as often as you can. My strata manager Shikha is very polite and helpful. It have been a breeze to work with her so far.
Andrew Jones has been amazing! Helpful and supportive, while continuing to be professional and proactive. He is an asset to Civium strata!
