Shocking! I wish I could leave a half star. Do they get back to you? No! Do they rectify any work that is needed to the complex? No! Do they follow up on illegal parking that affects the residents? No! 12 months I’ve been chasing up for Civium to do something and it’s the same excuse every time. Stay clear!
Civium are possibly the worst Strata Management Company that I as an EC Chair and retired Strata Manager (over 10 years) have had to deal with. They are extremely unresponsive and tend to blame all issues on the EC. Proposed meetings between the EC and the GM have been cancelled with no explanation. We have been constantly advised that when our manager is not there that emails etc will be picked up by another manager - this never seems to happen. Avoid at all costs. Terrible communication, unprofessional and unreliable. They don't pay their contractors. Don't work for them and don't waste your body corporate fees.
Like others I would rate minus 5 if it were possible. Civium 'manage' our strata, in the last 6 months we are on our third 'manager'. Starting with Ashton, then the new recruit Shagun for a few weeks and now onto Michael. The EC had a meeting with Monique on site to raise issues, issues of poor management and communication continue. A meeting with Julian the GM and promises of an improvement, with the new recruit Shagun. A key audit too weeks and then didn't include key fobs. If I could leave zero stars I would. Unprofessional, rude and dismissive of safety concerns. Don’t waste your time.
