It's outrageous that businesses in our community are preying on grieving widows and families in crisis with brazen scams. When confronted about sudden price changes, the staff becomes hostile and rude. After reading past reviews, it's clear this unethical behavior is a long-standing pattern.
If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. My father had a heart attack and died, wrecking his vehicle. This company was called to tow the car by the emergency responders. When my mother, who had just lost her husband of more than 60 years, tried to come pay for and collect the car, she was treated with disrespect, and evasion, which allowed the company to charge for additional days. 10/10 will take advantage of grieving widows, Lady up front is extremely rude, cold and callous. Customer Service is SERVICE. It is a privilege to have the community business and you have lost mine and everyone else in the area that I know. In this community we support each other. Shame on you.
Charged me 900.00 after towing it 2 miles. They don't want you to be able to get your vehicle out of there. Someone should report them. Idek if what they are doing is legal.
