Kylie was the absolute sweetest, most helpful and knowledgeable woman! I called to get some information for my mom and Kylie made the process a breeze. Although I didn’t end up going with Independent Senior Insurance, I will look back fondly and recommend this company because of my experience with Kylie.
The staff is always so nice and friendly! The girl at the front desk was so helpful during my last visit.
Andrew Flittner was great to work with in finding me new medical and prescription policies for 2026. He, and his office staff, took the time to meet with me on two separate occasions to find me the best plans. Another plus, was that they took and returned phone calls promptly and answered my questions.
