We had John out to help us figure out what was going on with our ceiling and the water damage. Of all the worker we have had come out and try to help us he was the only one to look in our attic and take pictures and take the time to explain to us what he saw and recommended. We will definitely have John help us in the future with our restoration needs.

Highly recommend! Responsive, timely, knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. I came home from a work trip to a crawl space full of water. I called IRS to assess the water damage. John came out that day and installed a pump to remove the water from my crawl space. The next morning, after the water was removed, he went under my house, found the source of the leak, and assessed. He could have easily taken my money but, instead, he gave me guidance on how to fix the leak and manage the moisture on my own. As a single mom I g... read more
