Lexington location: We were so fortunate to host Nick as our guest at our Airbnb. We had an unexpected event occur while he was there and he went above and beyond to help us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the work he did. I would highly recommend their services.

Nick and his team were amazing in helping us deal with the aftermath of water damage from a cracked A/C condensate drain line in the attic. The team led by Austin were very professional, thorough and very patient with our - sometimes repeated - questions. Nick took the time to explain the process of demo, restoration and claims. Nick further took time to meet with both us and the insurance adjuster to navigate any questions that the insurance adjuster had. Nick is amazing. It was super stressful to come home to a flooded basement after vacation. He was calm, knew exactly who to call, contacted the Insurance/ carpet/ repair/ company for me. His team started on my basement within 24 hours of the flood and that was really important to me because I have two small children and I was worried about inhaling sewage fumes. I never had to lift a finger and I love my new basement. This is who you want to take care of you when something bad happens to your home.

We had a great experience with Nick and his team. When our three year old flooded the bathroom down to the kitchen, I didn’t know what to do. Luckily, Nick does! They were quick, efficient, really know their stuff, and kept everything as clean as possible. hopefully we will never have to use them again, but if we do, I know I will be confident in their services.
