Unsure what to expect on my first visit, I was made to feel very comfortable. My clinician was patient and explained every aspect of the process. She answered all questions in a professional but kind friendly manner. Follow up calls were made to ensure I was comfortable with the equipment and that there were no complications. I've been a client of the Penticton location of IRS since September 2015. My CPAP not only saves my life but my marriage as well. The airport a few kms away used to call and complain about my snoring. The first few nights, my wife would wake me to see if I was alive as I wasn't making a sound. Amanda was very dedicated to getting the correct equipment for my sleep apnea issue. I was often frustrated with the whole mask Selection but she persevered to insure I got the best mask for me.
