After a bad experience elsewhere, IRS was suggested to me by a family member . I have nothing but positives for the service and understanding I received since day 1 . Don went all out and provided me the service , solutions , and communication one doesn’t see that often these days . This company rises above in customer service. Don my respiratory therapist is first-class! The girls at the front counter always make you feel welcome and they are very thorough with your information & forms. Don has earned my trust with my health, and therefore I am most thankful.
Went to get a new cpap as my current one is almost 10 years old. Went in gave them my new benefit info had the sleep test done got the note from my doctor and got approval from my insurance company. Booked an appointment to get the new machine and on the morning of I called to make sure everything was good to go and was told I would have to pay the full balance (over $3000) up front and then apply for reimbursement.
