I've been dealing with this place for over 5yrs and have never had a complaint. Great people here.
My husband and I have been dealing with Independent Respiratory for almost 10 years. Since Emily has been with the company I have never had to wonder about our machines or supplies. She is in contact with us yearly and I never have to wonder if it is time for a check up, are we eligible for new supplies. This lady is on it! Twice I've had accessories orders lost or "fell between the cracks". No answer to emails asking about the orders. Phoned, visited the clinic and finally got them reordered. Presley, the clinical sleep consultant is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
