Shannon is an amazing person! Friendly, knowledgeable, always caring and kind. Even when she’s run off her feet, because of the under staffing, she will do all she can to help.
My experience was reassuring. Jeff's calmness and gentle and helpful attitude calmed all my fears. He answered all my questions and with my husband present I was able to master the CPAP machine in a couple of days and have had excellent results. If it weren't for IRS and their honest, friendly service in Salmon Arm I am not sure I would have followed through and received treatment for my sleep apnea.
Customer service is always been great at the Salmon Arm office. Shannon and Jeff were very helpful and accommodating.
This office is a complete and utter joke. Do yourself a favor and deal with a different clinic, they will waste months of your time and then laugh about it while they play solitaire then blame it on the system. Thank me later
The staff at the salmon arm branch are amazing! However! Way under staffed!!!
