Very efficient process from start to finish, fabulous staff who made getting my first CPAP machine so easy, thanks for the tip of wearing the mask before using the machine so you get used to it, that really helped with initial anxiety, thank you Ruby and Tina

This was my first time using Independent Respiratory Services, but not my first time with CPAP therapy. I dealt with Ruby initially and then Tina for the rest of the work and they made it so easy! This was my first time dealing with billing PWD for a new machine and supplies and Tina made it simple, even when I had to do more testing at home to get it approved. Thanks so much for all the hard work, and for being incredibly friendly and kind during it all😁

I’ve been managing sleep apnea for years, and as a full time traveller have cycled through my fair share of clinics. Too often, the experience feels incredibly commercial and pushy. Independent Respiratory Services was a breath of fresh air! Excellent, honest service. Thank you.
