I was so nervous about getting a cpap machine but Carrie made my experience very comfortable. I felt so confident and hopeful this would help with my sleep issue when I left my first visit. Carrie explained everything went over my sleep results on a weekly basis. Her front staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with and they fit me in when I had any concerns. Had great service all the way. Even with having mask issues. Very knowledgeable and patient with getting a mask to work well.
Very abrupt and unfriendly front desk. Stopped in for magnet clip for my mask. I already planned to not purchase no matter the price , which was ridiculously high, due to the cold and seemingly bothered woman at the desk. I had the class to wait until she painstakingly looking up the price…said “thank you” and I left. Very messy…stuff everywhere….go somewhere else.
Unsure what to expect on my first visit, I was made to feel very comfortable. My clinician was patient and explained every aspect of the process. She answered all questions in a professional but kind friendly manner. Follow up calls were made to ensure I was comfortable with the equipment and that there were no complications. On subsequent visits graphs were explained ensuring that I understood how well I was doing. My confidence was restored knowing that this medical condition was one less to worry about.
