I have dealt with Mark on multiple occasions now and I am thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail. He is genuine, straight forward and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend his services and will be using him for all my future valuation needs.
Completely inaccurate property evaluation was conducted by Tony, for a court appointed valuation. He failed to note CRUCIAL elements that could be confirmed by simple phone calls to the local council. All information was made available to him at the time of the appraisal, and further due diligence checks would have uncovered such important factors, that would affect the value of a property.
