I was grateful to find someone who did solar work on a residential project. Although they changed my dead batteries and did some programming, there have been many issues as to how the system is running. I have called, texted, emailed and everything short of sending up smoke signals for weeks, with NO response. And oddly, their main phone number typically doesn't connect, but I had cellphone numbers for the 2 guys who came out. Sadly, I've had to change my review. We've been working with IPG over multiple projects, the biggest one which is right around the corner. IPG had won the contracts for our electrical, roof, and septic for a cabin we're putting on ten acres. It's extremely time sensitive as the foundation is scheduled for July. Imagine my surprise to come home after 6:30 at night to find Tyler and his crew still working into the night to finish our job! What our last contractor lacked in integrity, Tyler and his crew make up for in spades! We found Tyler during this past summer when we ran into some issues with our solar system. I had been dealing with another online equipment provider, and it was a nightmare. Trying to power a well, first the controller didn't work. Then TWO inverters weren't up to the task. Finally got a third inverter, additional batteries and solar panels, and it worked ...for a day. I gave up and started calling local solar companies on a Saturday. Tyler answered his phone...everyone else had voicemail on... and came out that day! He examined everything and discovered the panels and batteries were crap. He took the batteries to... read more
