Had Independent Plumbing and Drain out this morning, and I can’t say enough good things about their tech, Alex. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. He took the time to figure out what was going on with my master bathroom, offered helpful suggestions, and checked all my plumbing fixtures to fix the issue. It’s refreshing to come across a company that genuinely seems to have your best interest in mind instead of trying to upsell or overcharge. Truly appreciate the honesty and expertise. Highly recommend!
Cant say enough good things about these guys. I spoke with Kathleen, Chris, and Jesse, feel like i met the whole company, and everyone was great to speak with. I had an emergency plumbing issue that morphed into a very difficult plumbing issue. They were excellent at communicating, stood by their estimates, and really went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure things got taken care of.
