I called and placed an order. The next day nobody knows anything. The day after, the person I placed the order with has not been in for 2 days. Nobody knows anything or wants to do anything. Terrible service!!!!!

Screw this place. Be sure before you buy...I bought a pipe cutter from them that I was intending to use at a later date...well, they didn't cut the pipe that I had bought from them on the same sale...so I figured, well, let's use the cutter because they screwed up and didn't cut it like I'd requested. Opened it up right in front of the dude with a tatoo on his finger, realized that it was going to be too small to cut the pipe...did it all right there in front of them and found out that it isn't capable...put it in my car and... read more

Screw this place. Be sure before you buy...I bought a pipe cutter that ended up being too small to cut the pipe that I just bought from them...did it all right there in front of them and found out that it isn't capable... What a sham...they won't accept returns on the cutter, even though they know they damn thing wasn't used and isn't the right size.
