I did a muay thai free trial here and i just wanted to say the gym is not beginner friendly. First off their is no rules or etiquette that is being enforced by the coaches for what kind of gear your supposed to bring to prevent injuries, i had to drill with somebody who had 14 oz gloves (the sparring standard is 16oz and up) and was also wearing competition shin guards. I used to take grappling classes here. A kid ripped my elbow. It still hurts years later. Afterwards, I was unable to work my construction job. I was unable to attend classes. I called the trainer and asked for my membership refunded. The trainer Chris just interupted, overtalked and dismissed my needs. They really just want your dollars.
