Takes multiple appointments to do what others can do in one. I heard they were bad and I tried anyways just because they take my insurance. They send a lot of check in emails. I check in and they keep sending same email. I had a breathing test scheduled. Could not figure out where it was. Checked all the emails they sent and they show every ILA location but not my specific appointment location. Called to figure it out while at the Suntree location and kept getting sent to a voicemail. Do not recommend. Doctor read off my mother's entire appointment details and details about her condition in the waiting room where any random person can hear to his phone. No one needs to know her personal information especially about her condition. Absolute disgrace
