This place is so hard to reach a real person in real time. I am out of of an important medicine. I signed the patient portal that everything I was told to do and now it’s telling me that I’m doing something wrong. There is no place for me to reach out and tell my doctor that I am out of a very important medicine because I cannot afford it and I told him I couldn’t afford it and I was gonna have to do a financial application with a prescription from the physician. I had the best experience at Independent Lung Assoc today meeting with the doctor and his staff. Right when I came in the front desk receptionist was so pleasant with a huge smile. She was very helpful along with the other ladies at the front desk. Then when the doctor came in I was so impressed with him. He was very informative and we had a new option which I am happy to try. He did not rush our visit and gave me good advice. From my experience I would definitely recommend the Oak St office.

Very poor attitudes from both the office staff and the provider. They don’t answer calls, they don’t return voicemails. They do not care about their patients whatsoever and only care about the money. Their previous responses to bad reviews say that they “are a business and have employees to pay;” meanwhile their patients suffer because of their greed. Patient health should be the top priority, but sadly it’s not and seems to be an afterthought. They’re unwilling to work with patients or even be of any assistance to patients ... read more
