WARNING!! If I could give this company no stars I would. My elderly parents have a hospital bed for home. Got the machine part serviced but also took the air bed as well. After many weeks got it back, but they swapped the air mattress. Rang the Wollongong company spoke with Amanda there. WHERE IS THE AIRBED!!???. Told Amanda that it wasn’t the air bed we sent out. I cannot thank the team at Independent Living Specialist in Wollongong enough! Ruby and Alex went completely out of their way to help a stranger in need like myself. Their kindness, and willingness to help a member of the community in a tough spot speak volumes about the kind of people they are. If this is how they treat people walking in off the street for help, I can only imagine how wonderfully they take care of their regular customers.
The Showroom Manager, April, has gone above and beyond to help me find a company to purchase my secondhand mobility scooter, and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and assistance. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
