I cannot thank the team at Independent Living Specialist in Wollongong enough! Ruby and Alex went completely out of their way to help a stranger in need like myself. Their kindness, and willingness to help a member of the community in a tough spot speak volumes about the kind of people they are. If this is how they treat people walking in off the street for help, I can only imagine how wonderfully they take care of their regular customers.
The Showroom Manager, April, has gone above and beyond to help me find a company to purchase my secondhand mobility scooter, and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and assistance. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
