A Very Disappointing Experience I'm writing to express my significant disappointment, I desperately needed to arrange a wheelchair hire for my father-in-law. Given my work commitments, your store was the only one in the area with hours I could manage. Imagine my frustration when I discovered you are now closed on Saturdays! They don’t answer or return calls.
Not happy at all with this company and will never shop there again I have bought three products from them unfortunately one broke over the weekend they were following their policy of no receipt no return ….. which I can understand but surly some empathy could have been followed by the two women who work there one the manager. As one who is getting a little older I will require different mobility products and this shop will not be getting my support and I will not promote your services to my friends.
ILS has a great showroom with a wide range of recliners and 4WWs, as well as portable ramps and small aids like suction nail clipper to suit various needs. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and maintains great communication with both clients and therapists. A special shout-out to Jasinta, Amber, and Lyn for their outstanding customer service — they go above and beyond to help clients find the right equipment. ✨
Pitty the company isn't as loyal as some of the staff... Or should I say previous staff!
