I dealt with the Melbourne branch and found them to be excellent - I have no hesitation in recommending them to others
If I could give this company a negative I would. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Recommended by the OT and we were purchasing over $5500 worth of equipment as well as renting some equipment. Ended up cancelling purchases because they were not going to deliver equipment for over 5 weeks for an urgent delivery so I had to source alternatives. Took a while to get approval, payment and delivery but delivery was excellent. Have previously purchased scooter and now an electric lounge chair so I am a happy customer and will continue using them in the future.
