I have a hero wheelie walker from ILS. Excellent product. The delivery man was very helpful.
Absolutely fantastic staff, I dropped in to the Robina store at 4:29p as they were closing at 4:30p. wanting to buy a quad frame stick for my dad, The 2 young staff on couldn't be more helpful even though I delayed them closing. They suggested other items that may also be useful.
I dealt with the Melbourne branch and found them to be excellent - I have no hesitation in recommending them to others
If I could give this company a negative I would. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Recommended by the OT and we were purchasing over $5500 worth of equipment as well as renting some equipment. Ended up cancelling purchases because they were not going to deliver equipment for over 5 weeks for an urgent delivery so I had to source alternatives.
