I came to the prospect independent living store to look for a new walker and the young man there John was very sweet and helpful when I was trying the walker. I recommend this store 5 stars the walker is great

Left a disabled person without a loan scooter for 2 weeks since original mucked up under warranty and was a manufacturers issue, get loan scooter finally and not fit for purpose at all. Have attempted speaking with Alison Smith and James Gibson many times but the arrogance and attitude is oh well. Parts were delivered last week and have been delivered as head office gave tracking number, ils prospect "spare parts" are refusing to fix it at all. Worst company ever.After sales warranty service is abysmal, takes months for them to contact you after you leave message after message for warranty work to be carried out . They only replied to my many many many calls after I lodged an NCAT tribunal hearing against the company. (Court hearing with consumer affairs about their very dodgy business practices) STEAR CLEAR OF THEM.
Got some equipment delivered for my post-op. Called asking to pick it up on a Wednesday. They said it was all booked in, no one arrived. Have called and called, no answer. Got a message on Friday that it would be delivered the following Monday. Called again, no answer. Don’t use this company.
