No service new scooter broke down a week ago so called technician arrived this morning said that he was going to take it away and fix it when I told him that the magnetic brake wouldn't release and it had to be moved with a floor jack he didn't even have a look at it here he just got into his van and left wonderful after sales service on a $10,000 mobility scooter that is 12 months old and spent more time broken down than being used totally discusted time to take it further don't waste your money buying anything from them no... read more
This showroom had the worst customer service department I have ever interacted with. All their department are compartmentalized. There is absolutely no communication from one department to another. I purchased a $7,000 scooter for my 96 year old father. When it was delivered it was missing parts. It had brake issues. The installation was no existent. They don’t even show you how to use it. Nathaniel was a fantastic help with our purchase of a power chair in January. We decided on the Robooter E80 which has been fabulous. As return customers we had the confidence to trust Nathaniel's product knowledge when making such a substantial purchase. Very happy, and will be back at ILS Lane Cove.

Tried to hire a knee scooter for urgent surgery. I was happy to pick up from anywhere. Firstly they didn’t answer the phone, then didn’t return my message, then told me the don’t keep stock in the huge Lane Cove warehouse. I would have to wait 2 days(I guess that’s ok) but I had to pay $90 delivery fee from their central warehouse to their Lane Cove warehouse… the rental for the item was $70 for the fortnight!!
