Tried calling for four hours, walked into the show room three people sitting around chatting and I had someone trying to call whilst I was there, phones weren’t ringing. Never in my thirty years of dealing with disability industry have I come across such a laid back attitude. Every time I call it goes to voicemail. Never have I had a run around with hiring and purchasing equipment.
Very poor and careless supplier. DO NOT USE THEM !!! They should not be in the business. They DO NOT CARE !!! Waiting 1+ month for a SYDNEY METRO delivery for a wheelchair required ASAP which was approved urgently by AGED CARE !!! Nothing to do with INDEPENDENT LIVING SPECIALISTS !!! RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND CAUSING FURTHER HARDSHIP SPECIALISTS !!!
Paul was very helpful during our visit to independent Living He was friendly and personable and proactive to help with a repair to a walker. Thank you Paul a very nice visit .
Dealing with ILS Lane Cove has been the worst experience ever. People and their families that buy from this store have enough going on in their lives without the complicated business practices this company delivers. From the quotation to the invoices to the delivery it has been a nightmare. I had a bed delivered with no headboard no footboard. Then instead of the company dismantling one bed in replacement of another as they said they would they left two beds in the one bedroom to make access for the paralysed client a safety... read more
ZERO STARS!!!! 1 star is 1 star too generous. Pathetic company. Organised for a patient hoist to be delivered to my hotel so that when I arrived it would be there for my 20 yo 50kg son. Guess what happened??….yep it didn’t arrive. And what makes it even worse is that you can’t get through to anyone by phone or email. Rang 10 times and left messages and email and 6 hours later still no phone cal. Eventually I got through to someone but too late. Shocking company to deal with.
