Absolutely appalling service. Never returned phone calls or responded to messages. Wanted to charge outrageous fees for servicing wheelchair. Don't have anything to do with this mob
Terrible service. Never return calls. No product support.
I have never experienced such appalling customer service in my life, and I feel compelled to leave this review due to the dangerous situation this company has put my father in. To begin with, it's almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone. I initially inquired about hiring equipment for my father, who was coming home for palliative care. Don’t even bother with this company. Placed an order on 20/12/23. Heard absolutely nothing. Gave it extra time before sending off an enquiry because of the time of year. I’ve now sent 2 enquires, multiple phone calls, tried to leave msgs but voicemails are full, sent an email to a Wendy who apparently does online orders and still nothing. I would never recommend.
I couldn't agree more with all the dreadful reviews written about this company. DON'T GO NEAR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
