It’s refreshing to know that whenever I have a trial in the Ipswich region, I can go to ILS and always know the reps are always friendly and suppotive - Terry has such amazing customer service and incredible product knowledge. Called today to enquire about a bariatric Rollator (Wheelie Walker) and Terri-Lee was absolutely AMAZING. Her customer service was outstanding. Terri-Lee went through all the details of the Walker at a pace I could understand. Terri-Lee also assisted getting it into our car. If anyone needs or requires any mobility assistance/aids, go straight to Independent Living Specialists at West Ipswich and speak to Terri-Lee and all the staff for the best service around.
