The staff were so caring and helpful! I felt strange coming in for a walker/rollator for myself but they were so reassuring, supportive and considerate.
I have been several times to this shop in Ipswich. Terry is always so helpful and friendly. Terry explains exactly what what each h piece of equipment does. I've been with my OT more than once. Highly recommended Terry at ILS
Love great service they give
I travel to many stores as a OT for trials with clients trying out assistive technology and equipment to help facilitate functional mobility and independence. It’s refreshing to know that whenever I have a trial in the Ipswich region, I can go to ILS and always know the reps are always friendly and suppotive - Terry has such amazing customer service and incredible product knowledge.
