I have had lower back pain and the 2 ladies here were so helpful in advising me of the correct cushion to purchase. I would not hesitate to use their services again if need be.
Andrea and Marci at the ILS Erina store are two of the most helpful, efficient and kind women I have ever come across. I was stuck with an urgent issue and called ahead to order a walker that hadn't arrived from another supplier for an elderly relative. Not only did the ladies at Erina have what I needed, they even offered to assemble it for us ahead of collection and then helped us with another problem when we went in to collect it.
