very helpful with my problem
I have had lower back pain and the 2 ladies here were so helpful in advising me of the correct cushion to purchase. I would not hesitate to use their services again if need be.
Andrea and Marci at the ILS Erina store are two of the most helpful, efficient and kind women I have ever come across. I was stuck with an urgent issue and called ahead to order a walker that hadn't arrived from another supplier for an elderly relative. Not only did the ladies at Erina have what I needed, they even offered to assemble it for us ahead of collection and then helped us with another problem when we went in to collect it. I recently purchased a mobility Scooter for my sister and must say that ILS not only have a premium product at an excellent price, but the caring and understanding of their staff is beyond excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would! A big shout out to Una at their Hornsby store who took the time to patiently demonstrate several options and to Marci at the Erina store who facilitated the final sale and delivery are a credit to themselves and to ILS. Well done everyone and thank you.
Shopping at the Erina store was great. Sharn was very helpful. However, the delivery was not acceptable. They said it will be there in the morning, it’s now 1:30pm and the driver finally called and said he’ll be there in an hour. Ridiculous that we have to wait over 5 hours.
