2nd update - 18 JUNE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT! After me making such a huge deal about paying $105 for a warranty claim for a home visit, I made a complaint to the store and I was advised that they would agree to swap the unit over in this case, to my initial delight. However, when I got to the store, the person did not even remember me from the conversation I had the day before. I was "greeted" with a very unfriendly, "how can I NOT help you".
