Was after a physio ball for my son as per his OT, found out from Sam that they sold out the size my son needed, they only had big ones left. Sam straight away offer to check other stores and organise the other store to hold it for me to pick up next day. During that time my sons were running around the store and being very noisy. Sam was understanding and happy for them being kids. Super happy with Sam’s help and service. I got the ball from the other store next day as planned but that staff not as friendly and nice.
The ladies are extremely helpful and lovely.

Needed to speak with staff at the Castle Hill. Called 15 times over 3 days each time the message said I was number 1 in queue. Held for 10 minutes. Then message nobody available to take call
