Needed to speak with staff at the Castle Hill. Called 15 times over 3 days each time the message said I was number 1 in queue. Held for 10 minutes. Then message nobody available to take call

Having purchased several items from the Castle Hill showroom recently I can only give the highest praise to the two women working in the showroom. They were both extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Attention to every detail was given, by Ava, when purchasing a large item. She was considerate of our needs and made sure that everything was explained clearly, the order was correct and that we left the showroom satisfied. There knowledge of all the equipment and how it will support my father was so informative.. it’s so comforting to know that the products we got are the right fit/size and equipment for his needs.. As someone accompanying elderly and disabled family members, people expected to receive at least the minimum level of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service，particularly from a store that claims to specialise in disability and aged care products.
