My wife has recently been diagnosed with Myotonic Dystrophy. A condition she will eventually pass from. Have to manage kids, work and NDIS, the girls at Castle Hill ILS have been absolutely fantastic. They have taken the time to recommended equipment our OT has missed to make life a little easier and more comfortable. Nothing has been a hassle. They’ve been the one thing that actually has been working for me, not against. Thanks girls. Highly recommend. Old school service
What a great shop. The staff are friendly, experienced and very helpful. My wife needed a number of specialised chairs and movement supports following spinal fusion surgery and ILS had everything. Ava in particular was excellent, talking me through various options enabling good, quick decisions. My overall experience was fantastic and I highly recommend ILS to anyone needing specialised mobility equipment, chairs, beds etc.
I recently visited the store at Castle Hill to Purchase my very first mobility scooter as I am unable to walk for longer than a couple of minutes at a time and I was greeted by a lovely lady named Sam. As I needed it urgently for a trip I was going on in 10 days, and after spending approximately 40 minutes going through all the different makes and models, I finally found the perfect one to suit my needs. Sam was incredibly polite and professional. I spoke about the issues I was having and she was able to suggest products that would help me manage my pain and independence. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed, without ever feeling that it was too much. Very happy with the service and the products
