Not so easy to find. Yes, big range of items in large showroom but service from staff totally lacking. Not even being offered any brochures to look at when asking details. Went to buy a Scooter taking an OT with me being paid by the hour in Nov24. Sorry I wasted my time going there. Glad I didn't make the mistake of buying. Looked up reviews after I got home & they weren't good. So I rang to see if I could get through if I had bought a scooter & needed repair under WARRANTY. Best of luck getting through. The sales manager, Mr Syed Waqas, was very helpful, explained the product thoroughly so it was easy to decide based on our needs. I recommend ILS Auburn without any hesitation, guaranteed to be satisfied customer.
