Very poor communication. Advised repair would be 1/2hr...We travelled 1 hour to shop. 3 hours later after following up twice in that time told 15 more minutes. Too bad about my Drs appointment I missed because of ILS incompetence...RSL Care need reliable suppliers that treat customers with dignity and respect. IMO: Choose another supplier!
Every experience that I've had with ILS Grafton has been positive! Mark and Michelle are so helpful and are happy to help you find what you needed.
