I attended the ILS showroom twice this year and both times found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional in their presentation. The first time was in April this year when they were still setting up the new showroom, and I needed a walking stick for my husband as we were leaving the next day for an overseas holiday. Spoke with Yvonne, she explained that the eftpos was not set up, but to take the walking stick and make the payment at a later date. My client had a problem with her wheelchair and ils sent Adam out, he went above and beyond and was such a warm bubbly person and so easy to talk to! he even brought a spare controller to try and replace it in the meantime while we wait for a new replacement! Please give him much praise as we had an awesome experience!

I’ve had the absolute worst experience dealing with this company. Approached them in December of 2024 to fix my dad’s lift chair. Dad has Parkinson’s and he can’t get up out of the chair without the lift function or someone helping him. Paid for a technician to come look at it, technician said we needed a part. Fair enough. Paid for the part and the installation. Chair still doesn’t work. Says we need another part. I’m a bit annoyed, but fine. Pay for the part.
