I’ve had the absolute worst experience dealing with this company. Approached them in December of 2024 to fix my dad’s lift chair. Dad has Parkinson’s and he can’t get up out of the chair without the lift function or someone helping him. Paid for a technician to come look at it, technician said we needed a part. Fair enough. Paid for the part and the installation. Chair still doesn’t work. Says we need another part. I’m a bit annoyed, but fine. Pay for the part. I called at midday to speak to someone for advice; had a very helpful conversation, placed my order and when I mentioned it would be lovely if they could speed the delivery, the customer service person said to leave it with them - a few hours later they called to confirm a delivery for tomorrow. Warm, informed and helpful. Thank you again ILS for your help.
