Recently I purchased Walker - for my mother. We needed a light weight (5kg) walker that Mum could lift in & out of the car as my mother don’t have Strength Poonam was super helpful going above & beyond to have the walker delivered the very next day by Poonam herself, all the while keeping me informed & updated including confirmation of delivery.
