I just wanted to shout out Anjali. She was honestly amazing. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew what she was talking about. I wasn’t even sure what I needed when I walked in, but she was patient and helped me figure it out without any pressure. You can tell she actually cared about helping me, not just making a sale. It made the whole experience so much better. Definitely the kind of service you hope for but don’t always get. Thanks again, Anjali— you really made my day!
Staff are very helpful, professional, and responsive. Very appreciate Anjalee’s patient help. The showroom also has sufficient equipment to choose from.
The worst service l have ever had. I went to the Independent Living store in Dandenong on Saturday, July 19, 2025 only to find a female staff member who was the only one working who had zero knowledge about scooters and kept misinforming us. She acknowledged that she knew nothing about the scooters. When the next customer walked in the sales attendant walked away as though we weren't there, without excusing herself. ILS Dandenong went above and beyond to help source some replacement parts. Particular thanks to Anjalee and Rama who kept me in the loop throughout the process. I now have a functioning Lift Chair again, which I'm thrilled about.
