My sister's three wheel DAYS Rollator was playing up. The front wheel and one side wheel were binding even when unloaded. I took it to ILS. They said they were all like that, I should try WD-40. I bought a new one from somewhere else.
Fantastic experience getting moon boot fitted. Then worked out why they called it a moon boot, it takes a astronaut to fit it, but a nice girl from ils named Dee sorted me out with no charge with excellent experience and patience. A±+0+++++
This has to have been the worst company i have ever delt with!!! 2 weeks later after me chasing them i am still waiting and they have had the hide to ask me for a review and I still haven't received the complete order yet.
I recently made a purchase which required additional help from the staff at Caringbah ILS. They were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. They went out of their way to assist me. Thank you for your great service.
Do not buy the Hero Wheelchair. Is supposed to be for a person who weighs up to 110 kg. Sales person told us it was suitable and is totally unsuitable. Cannot push uphill and the wheels are so flimsy. It’s absolute rubbish for $400 which is overpriced for a start. Will be making a formal complaint and taking it to consumer affairs. Will not give a refund or trade for another wheelchair
