Regardless of changing several times the name of the company it is still the same miserable customer service I have received since 15 years. There is never someone that knows about items or can give you delivery dates. If they call themselves Life Matters, Leaf, or Independent Living the company is always shining in bad customer service, inflated pricing, and rather bad product knowledge. I cannot speak highly enough of Peter and his team at ILS Canberra. Knowledgeable , helpful and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I had driven 3 hours from Eden hoping to get an electric recliner for my height challenged elderly mother…..I easily achieved this in one visit and when Peter saw that my phone was going flat, sat me in a very comfy recliner with a built in charger and let me recharge in more ways than one before I left.
