The staff are not trained or capable of dealing with a stressed and grieving customer. I tried to hire hospital bed for my dying mother and their website stated that a "hospital mattress" was included in the hire charge, but when I visited the shop, I was informed that the cost of a mattress would be $ 70.00 PW on top of the cost for the bed and I had no choice in the type of mattress. I did a phone order for a walker and aides for mum, that was placed on order which I was not aware of. My mum has been waiting nearly 4 weeks now. Communication is very weak and prices are average.
Ann Maree & Zoe were fantastic. Friendly, great product knowledge. I thought prices of the 2 products that I bought were good. Very tidy , organised store with plenty of room to move around to view items.👍👏👏
Over $200 for service call, Regional Rehab and Mobility $100 service fee....you get good customer service but compare pricing, leave it up to you to decide.
