I did a phone order for a walker and aides for mum, that was placed on order which I was not aware of. My mum has been waiting nearly 4 weeks now. Communication is very weak and prices are average.
Ann Maree & Zoe were fantastic. Friendly, great product knowledge. I thought prices of the 2 products that I bought were good. Very tidy , organised store with plenty of room to move around to view items.👍👏👏
Over $200 for service call, Regional Rehab and Mobility $100 service fee....you get good customer service but compare pricing, leave it up to you to decide.
Ordered parts for my wife's wheelchair. One of The castors had siesed. They said they will order as as possible. 7 weeks later after telling us they are on. Route. They still have not arrived. Talked to another company and 3 days later we have the parts. ILS in my book stands for independently lacking service Stay away they are useless.
