I would not give this company twopence for its after-sales and warranty service. Been waiting for many months for someone to fix a theorem lift chair under warranty PLUS attend to the second chair that was fixed when the first chair was inspected. Despite numerous phone calls promising that someone would get back to me there has still been no word. Little wonder I was swearing in the telephone message I just left. This place is the biggest disability equipment hire place in Bathurst. It has an extensive range. The payment terms can be a little strict but that's ok.as you can see from my photos the wheelchair access is interesting for a disability equipment hire place being around the corner of the building which is ironic and symbolic

I'd like to thank the team at ILS for there loving and personalised service with the purchase of my electric recliner. The service from product choice to delivery was flawless. A young lady Amy went above and beyond when I had a slight mishap getting stuck in my chair after being reclined all the way back and dropping the remote. I had been stuck in there for hours before she had dropped in to check if I was satisfied with the chair. She implemented some Velcro tape so I can no longer drop the remote.
