Excellent service, staff even took the time to Google search for a product they didn't sell, when trying to find items required from an OT report for a disabled client, will definitely be calling in there in the future for other items needed
I purchased a folding SOLAX mobility scooter some time ago from the Bathurst store. Before purchasing, I looked online and found the same scooter at around $600 cheaper. I called ILS to ask if they would price match because I would rather support local business. They matched the price and I paid a deposit but when I made the final payment, I was told aggressively how lucky I was to get it for that price.
