Sad to see the lack of follow up. organised items with Alex. checked up a few times this week. was always painless in the past. now i drive there and find he's not in today, no ones been informed about my arrangement and i have to wait for staff to find my information on computer while my items were sitting out the back ready to go. its very painful for me to stand around waiting, especially when i've planned ahead all week to avoid this.
