We love our new Handicare 1100 Chairlift. Gary with Independent Living Solutions (ILS) was very helpful in guiding us to the right chairlift for our needs. There was no high pressure sales pitch. The installation went smoothly, Chase did a great job. His demonstration on how to operate the lift was super helpful. We recommend ILS for your Independent Living Solutions.

Just had the batteries replaced and service done on Mom's stair lift. She called and Chase was able worked her in right away. He was clean, courteous and professional. We have used Independent Living Solutions, Inc. in the past for regular maintenance and will recommend them to anyone who needs friendly work done on their motorized home mobility accessories.
I can't say enough about how patient, helpful and kind Gary and Chase were. My mother was very...specific... about what she needed and how she wanted it, but they never got frustrated or impatient as they problem solved with her. Sadly, she passed shortly after installation of the equipment and their "buy back" on the wheelchair lift was such a blessing during an incredibly difficult time. Thank you, ILS!
