Integrity? Yes. Responsive, professionalism? Yes ! Great instalation of two stair Chair Lift; they offered more than one option, including a more affordable preowned lift. . I love to support a local, family owned business and had a wonderful experience! If ever I need support or help with maintenance/ cleaning, I’ll give another review.
Had an issue with my elderly mom’s Stair Chair. Chase the greatest and Best technician came out to repair it -diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly! The best! Thanks Chase!
Chase and his Dad have been so very professional, helpfull, knowledgeable, more than fair on costs, sonce the time I first hired them 12 years ago. They had the records of the what they installed 12 years ago. Chase had parts for a somewhat outdated chair with him. He made time for me at 6 30pm. He gave me another manual and walked me through the specifics of the chair system, in a kind manner. He maintained the track , wired, tighened bolts and more. Thanks so much Chase and your Dad. My wife recently had to undergo brain surgery that left her with limited mobility in her right leg and arm. Living in a 2 story home we were in desperate need for a stairlift and a wheel chair ramp for our home. We got in contact with Gary Luck (owner of Independent Living Solutions) and he came out the next day to see what needed to be done.
