Chase installed the stair chair in our home! He was incredibly kind and made sure we were able to operate the chair before leaving! We are very happy with how it turned out and again he was incredibly kind!
We had a noise with our chair so I called independent Living Solutions Where I bought the chair and Gary was so good to take my problem and get me to his service man,Chase, who took my problem and quickly gave me an appointment for service. He was prompt and even went to Ace Hardware for a part. I would definitely recommend the business for any stair-chairs you are in need of.
Very rude staff not professional at all! The way I seen her treat my elderly client I will make sure to tell everyone I know to go somewhere else!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Gary and his team at Independent Living Solutions. In needing to find a solution for my mother's current stair lift, I called around to multiple companies in the Denver area looking for options. Her current chairlift was installed in 2016 and was a pricey yet necessary investment. I highly recommend this company. I had a problem with my lift and asked them for help. They got on it immediately and came up with a solution. They came out very quickly to take care of the issue. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
