Overall Very Good The office staff and initial interview for client services person/people are very good. They keep me involved and appraised of any changes in staff or times. I've been through several changes in staff from Independent Living Resources. One person just couldn't do the work (mopping floors, cleaning blinds, vacuuming, changing bed) right (she'd mop around a throw rug) and ILS changed staff right away. They're excellent about this. The next girl was pretty good but she went on to school and I got another staff... read more
