Competent I am disabled and have a young woman that comes in once a week to help me with the heavy or awkward cleaning. Floor, mopping, taking down and washing of blinds, etc. I have had several young women from Independent Living Resources. Not all are equal but all try hard. The best I've ever had come to the home is Sara. She's also a full time college student. Now SHE knows how to clean. There was no skimping with her.
