Paid for express shipping and received the item 8 days after ordering. Sent an email after 4 days as the order was still in the "pick status". No response to that email. Received a call from their customer care team 5 days after ordering to be advised that they went to pick the order, but alas the item was out of date and they'd need to reorder. No quality control. The response was I could cancel the order.
I have a vision impairment. I called up beforehand and asked for directions to their location and if I could come in in person and ask some questions as I struggle with the website. They explained they were in a new location and that if I used Google Maps I would be able to find it quite easy. Google Maps had not been updated and it took me to the old location. Hiring a lumbar support reclining chair for a visiting family member with mobility and back pain concerns through Independent Living Care and Mobility Centre was an excellent experience. The staff are friendly, the online booking system is easy to use, the terms were flexible and the price was incredibly competitive. There was no bond or delivery costs, allowing us to collect and return the chair in times that suited us. I cannot recommend Independent Living Care and Mobility Centre highly enough!
Independent Living, Care and Mobility Centre has always been a place with excellent service. Their phone service is helpful and always pleasant. They ensure products are posted quickly which ensures a fast deleivery even when you live interstate. I will continue to use them for garment orders
