I have shopped online with Independent Living Care and Mobility Centre at the Keswick store on two recent occasions and my experience has been excellent both times. I realised I'd made a mistake with my second order and rang them up to ask if I could change it. No trouble whatsoever, they were very obliging and helpful. Their customer service is superb. My purchases were dispatched immediately; I received them the next day. Highly recommended!
Wat is it about equipment for the disabled. UGLY as sin, and usually not fit for purpose, as most equipment is designed by well meaning able bodied people. This mob have the same old crap, disorganised show room. Next time il pass. Sorry
Useless. No equipment on display. Directed to website
Paid for express shipping and received the item 8 days after ordering. Sent an email after 4 days as the order was still in the "pick status". No response to that email. Received a call from their customer care team 5 days after ordering to be advised that they went to pick the order, but alas the item was out of date and they'd need to reorder. No quality control. The response was I could cancel the order.
