My wife's grandmother has macular degeneration and needed to get a floor light to keep by her chair so she can read the paper and do her crossword puzzles. Amazingly terrible ! Makes one wonder how they manage to even stay in business! I ordered 2 products on line, for my blind partner - one being a talking watch. I place the order - then a few days later received a call that that particular model is backordered. The salesperson asked us if we wouldn't mind a different model - Sure...that's fine with us.
